保送综合面试-武大保送面试模拟稿

　　武大是群面，但是陪练的时候，很多时候只有一个学生，所以我们采取的方式是，模拟其他同学的回答，再让学生反驳或者继续发言：

　　For:A diploma is more important than experience in job-seeking.请听以下这段学生发言，并对他做出反驳

　　考官朗读(模拟群面某个学生先发言)发言：A diploma is more important than experience in job-seeking.Knowledge is a key factor in one's future. Without being well-educated, you are not able to do many jobs which need special and professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, a diploma can be a benchmark to judge a person's ability.In my opinion, exerience can be gained gradually after graduation. However, for some professional knowledge, the situation is totally different. Sometimes, it will take a long time to absorb and need a teacher's guidance. When you enter the working field , you will have a limited time to study. Therefore, I think as a student, the most important thing for us is to achieve a higher degree which can be an advantage for us to compete with others.
