千帆竞发 并驱争先 | 天行一中教师说课比赛(一)
截至今日,天行2020届学生共收到96份预录取通知书(含8份直录)。其中英国48份,澳大利亚31份,新西兰5份,美国5份,加拿大3份,马来西亚1份,香港2份。其中包含牛津大学数学系面试邀请1份,帝国理工学院2份,伦敦大学学院 3份,多伦多大学1份,香港大学1份(免面试)。
教师是学校发展的第一要素,天行始终把教学质量看作学校发展的生命线,长期以来坚持抓好教师培训。4月22日下午2点30分,在教务处的精心组织下,一场精彩的说课比赛在天行举行。

说课,是教师以语言为主要工具,向同行阐述自己对某一教学内容的理解、施教方案的设计以及施教效果的预测与反思等的一种教学研究方式。“台上一分钟,台下十年功”,说教学目标,说理论依据,说教学思路,说教学过程,这不仅仅是嘴皮子上的功夫,更是一个人教学理论的基础、教学思路的阐述。因而,说课能够全方位地体现一位教师的专业素养。
Presenting a demo class is a teaching research method in which teachers use language as the main tool to explain their understanding of certain teaching content, design of teaching plans, and prediction and reflection of teaching effects to colleagues. "One minute on stage takes ten years of practice". Presenting teaching goals, theoretical basis, teaching ideas, and teaching process is not only the skill of speaking, but also the foundation of one's teaching theory and teaching ideas set forth. Therefore, this competition can fully reflect a teacher's professional qualities.

此次说课比赛分为文科组(英语、经济、商科、会计)和理科组(物理、数学、生物、化学)同时进行,比赛选题广泛,针对天行的教学特点,各科目选题均来自剑桥A-Level课程中的教学内容。要求老师们将授课内容浓缩为15分钟的系统而概括的解说,其中包括自己对课程的理解,阐述自己的教学观点,表述自己具体执教某课题的教学设想、方法、策略以及组织教学的理论依据等。
The competition was divided into the liberal arts group (English, economics, business, accounting) and the science group (physics, mathematics, biology, chemistry) at the same time. The contest has a wide range of topics. According to the teaching characteristics of Teensen, the topics for each subject are from “The teaching content of the Cambridge A-Level course”. Teachers are required to condense the content of the lecture into a 15-minute systematic and general explanation, including their own understanding of the course: elaborating their teaching perspectives, expressing their specific teaching ideas, methods, strategies and theoretical basis.
比赛时,参赛老师在严格规定的时间内,在平时授课内容的基础上充分挖掘教材内容,利用板书进行辅助说课,分别从说教材、说学情、说教学方法、说教学过程等方面进行了魅力展示。英语老师们的说课流利优美生动;数理化老师们的说课充分体现了国际课程的特点又不失理科的严密逻辑……每一位老师教态自然,声音洪亮,解读深刻,把握到位,向大家呈现了一个个充满活力和魅力的课堂,充分展现了老师们饱满的精神风貌和独特的教学风格。
During the competition, the participating teachers fully explored the content of the teaching materials on the basis of the content of the usual lectures within the strictly stipulated time, from the aspects of teaching materials, learning, teaching methods, teaching process, etc. All English teachers speak fluently and vividly. Analyzing knowledge calmly through words to words, sentences to sentences, judges and teachers experienced the beauty of teaching in various disciplines and in teachers’ passionate speeches.
比赛结束后,校领导分别就文科组和理科组说课比赛进行了总结和点评,并对老师们提出了新的希望和要求:“首先,教师在教学过程中必须坚持‘知识性’、‘思想性’及‘趣味性’,同时要加强教育教学理念和教育心理学的学习;其次,作为学生的引导者,老师在课堂上更多的是点拨孩子,让孩子的思维不受禁锢,发挥无限想象;再次,老师需要练好语态、形体、板书、亲和力等基本功,亲其师才信其道,只有让学生喜欢你才会相信你传授的知识和道理;最后,老师需要有创新力,创新每堂课,让孩子真正喜欢上你。”
After the competition, summaries and comments were given by school leaders.
